We've decided to restrict our Refer and Share rewards program to UK residents only for the next 5,000 users. As the full version of our App is currently only available in the UK, we have made this decision in order to allow as many UK verified Zumo app users as possible to take advantage of the referral offer with their friends and families. We hope to reintroduce the referral scheme for non-UK residents soon and we'll make sure you know when we do.

The Refer and Share rewards programme is currently only available to users in the UK, and limited to the first 5,000 claimants.

How does the referral system work?1) Your Zumo username is your unique referral code.
2) Share the code with friends, family, and anyone else.
3) They enter the code during account creation.
4A) After they pass KYC, we’ll send you both 0.02 ETH.
4B) Every 6th referral rewards you an extra 0.02 ETH.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By using our referral system you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this offer at any time.
  3. The referral system is only available to UK residents, aged 18+, who have successfully passed the ID check, and completed the account creation process.
  4. The referral system is limited to the first 5,000 qualifying rewards from Monday 19th October 2020.
  5. If you qualify for a referral reward we will send 0.02ETH within 7 business days, but on occasions this may take longer. Delays may occur for reasons including a backlog of qualifying customers, or network issues on the Ethereum blockchain.
  6. If you believe you are owed a reward that hasn’t been granted, please email our support at support@zumo.money. 
  7. We reserve the right to block access to the referral system and refuse rewards at our sole discretion when we deem a user to be abusing the system. This could be due to attempting to create multiple accounts or exploiting the offer commercially. 
  8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. You can bring legal proceedings in the Scottish Courts. If you live in England and Wales, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English and Welsh courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the Scottish courts.
  9. To the extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any loss you incur arising from the Refer and Share rewards programme.
