It’s been a busy time here at Zumo HQ, with our summer Refer & Share campaign in full swing. Crypto referral rewards weren’t the only new thing in our most recent app release, though - today, let’s dive in and take a closer look at a few of the other ways we’ve been working to bring your app and your money closer to you.
Your account, your choice
At Zumo, we want you to have the best experience possible. Part of this was to make managing your marketing preferences easier to access and easier to control. Now you can choose whether you want to receive marketing emails and push notifications straight from within the Zumo app - and never miss an update on your app or your money.
Switch on your new marketing push notifications, and be the first to hear about new features, upcoming offers and promotions, and how to get the most out of your Zumo app.
How to change your marketing preferences:
Step 1: Log in and head to the ‘Settings’ tab.
Step 2: Tap on the ‘Security & Privacy’ button at the top of the menu.
Step 3: Enter your passcode (if you have it enabled) to access this part of the app.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and slide the toggle to select which marketing notifications you would like to receive.
You’ll notice there are two options for push notifications, split into two categories. The top selection is for product pushes such as a push notification when a transaction is complete, the bottom selection is for marketing push notifications relating to the app.
Chat to us direct
Part of a positive app experience is good, fast support when you need it. Now you can access FAQs and reach customer support straight from the ‘Settings’ tab of the Zumo app.
In case your query can’t be answered by our FAQs or the new Zumo answerbot, you now have the option to chat live with our customer support team.
Simply select ‘Contact Support’ to view your open tickets, ask a question, or get in touch with a live agent.
